Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened jars or products with broken seals
- Products that have been used, tasted, or partially consumed
- Items without original packaging or labels
- Custom or personalized orders made to your specifications
- Gift sets or special bundles that have been partially opened or unwrapped

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item in your order:

- Keep the incorrect item in its original, unopened condition
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- You will not be charged for return shipping or the correct item's shipping
- If you prefer, we can issue a full refund instead of sending the correct item
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy
- Custom or personalized orders may not be cancellable once production has begun

Workshop and Event Cancellations
Customer Cancellations
For workshop and event registrations:
- Full refund available if cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event
- You may transfer your registration to another person with advance notice
- Unused registrations cannot be transferred to future events
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel a workshop or event:
- We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible
- Full refunds will be provided for cancelled events
- You will have the option to transfer your registration to a future event
- We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred
Special Circumstances
Seasonal and Limited Edition Products
Products marked as seasonal or limited edition may have modified return policies:
- These items are subject to the same return conditions as our regular products
- Returns for unopened products are accepted within the standard timeframe
